Senior Brand Designer

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech. Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. About the Role Tempo is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team and help shape our visual brand world. This is a rare opportunity to do high impact work, bringing a new brand to life and seeing your creative fingerprints across every touchpoint. You'll report directly to the Creative Director and work across a wide range of projects, from brand campaigns to everyday go-to-market assets. You're someone who thrives with ownership, moves with intention, and knows how to bring a brand idea all the way through to execution. What You'll Work On Brand identity and campaign development Merchandise and packaging Event design and experiential Social content and digital assets Go-to-market and marketing collateral What We're Looking For Experience & Skills 5–8+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio that reflects it Deep expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams Comfortable operating independently. You don't need a lot of hand-holding to deliver great work Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools Bonus: web development skills Mindset A self-starter who takes initiative and owns their work end to end Equally comfortable going wide (concept and strategy) and going deep (craft and execution) Calm under ambiguity.
