Join us before the next international offsite.About the roleWe're building the foundation of a strong brand and design-oriented culture at Tremendous. As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality creative that represents our brand across various touchpoints.You willWork with the marketing team to design an array of digital and print assets, including landing pages, ads, events, blog covers, emails, etc.Translate abstract concepts and messaging into compelling visual executionsShape and grow our brand identity across multiple channelsOwn projects from kickoff through completion, collaborating with other members of the team when necessary and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assetsWork with contractors when necessary, whether we’re working with an illustrator or passing off new landing pages to a dev shopYou have5+ years experience building visual brand at tech companies2+ years experience in startup environments as a brand designerA strong portfolio showcasing design experience across a range of mediumsThe ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaborationStrong writing skills, because we’re a documentation-first companyExcellence in typography, color, layout, and compositionStrong skills around critical thinking and storytellingProficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative SuiteA keen understanding of design principles and current web technologiesIllustration skills (especially vector illustration)Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar)Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, but not required if sufficient experience and portfolio existsWhat's cool about the roleYou'll work at a company growing quickly yet sustainably.
