Your mission
As a Senior Brand Designer (m/f/x) at sevdesk, you will help shape sevdesk as the premier brand in the tax and accounting industry, driving our brand identity forward and ensuring that design remains at the core of everything we do. You will play a crucial role in our design-centric approach, demonstrating autonomy and the ability to own projects while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work dynamic.
Here's how you'll make an impact:Actively participate in the design process, from conceptualization to delivery, demonstrating exceptional skill and efficiency.Develop and maintain sevdesk’s core visual identity across web, emails, social channels, and Out-of-Home (OoH) advertising, integrating the latest web design best practices and robust brand identity elements.Collaborate with the Marketing team, to create and implement innovative brand and marketing campaigns, both online and offline.Craft corporate identity guidelines and ensure consistent, compelling, and on-brand design across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Drive the execution of top-notch campaigns, maintaining a fast-paced work environment.
Your qualification
6+ years in brand design, with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in creating high-impact brand identities.
Expertise in working with Brand Guidelines and managing branding and rebranding projects.Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German (B2), with a talent for presenting ideas clearly and effectively.A broad visual vocabulary and keen awareness of design trends, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering solutions that are not only visually compelling but also strategically sound.Mastery of Figma and Adobe tools for designing scalable systems, as well as proficiency with AI-driven creative tools like Midjourney.You live in Germany.
