Senior BIM Engineer

What you'll be doing We’re looking for a Senior BIM Engineer to take a leading role in delivering BIM-based building services solutions. You’ll not only design and coordinate complex HVAC and piping systems but also guide a team of engineers and ensure high-quality project delivery. How you’ll spend your day Leading BIM coordination across multiple projects. Developing and reviewing complex HVAC and piping system designs. Managing and mentoring Mid/Junior BIM Engineers. Ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency of BIM models and documentation. Coordinating with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams. Defining and improving BIM standards, workflows, and best practices. Taking ownership of project planning, timelines, and deliverables. Handling complex calculations and technical problem-solving. You'll be successful if you have 4+ years of experience in BIM / MEP engineering. Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows. Proven experience working on complex building services projects. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and piping design. Experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication. Leadership or mentoring experience (optional). Fluency in English (German is highly preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions.
