Main responsibilities:
Reviewing and approving invoices in the system;
Coordinating the billing process across assigned territories;
Overseeing the onboarding process for new specialists;
Implementing processes to optimize billing and improve overall efficiency;
Communicating and providing feedback to team members and clients;
Conducting team performance evaluations and providing up‑to‑date data to clients.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems efficiently;
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in successfully coordinating a team (2–3 people);
Confident user of the MS Office suite;
English proficiency at B2+ level;
At least 1 year of experience in billing;
Experience working with SAP ERP systems will be an advantage;
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
