Key Responsibilities:

Process adjustments, refunds, and other billing-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Evaluate and respond to written billing inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Research and troubleshoot complex billing issues, taking proactive steps to resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate records, track customer interactions, and provide status updates to leadership as needed
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows PC and ability to learn new systems
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including occasional overtime
