Senior Backend Engineer

Are you ready to build the backend platform powering large-scale 3D reality capture and geospatial data processing?Groundhawk is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale the services, data pipelines, and APIs that power our platform. In this role, you will build the systems that connect field data capture with office workflows — processing massive 3D point clouds, managing geospatial data at scale, and integrating with ML workflows and external systems.This is a hands-on builder role where you will ship production services, evolve backend architecture, and own critical infrastructure from API design to data pipelines.ABOUT GROUNDHAWK3D scanning and AI-driven reality capture are transforming how underground fiber and electricity networks are mapped and documented. Our platform processes large volumes of 3D data and turns them into actionable insights used directly in real construction projects.YOUR MISSIONYour mission is to architect and scale Groundhawk’s backend platform, building the services and data pipelines that connect field data capture with customer workflows while handling geospatial data at scale.
