You're passionate about building the next generation of trading apps. You care about the product as much as the code. You take ownership, move fast, and know when to bring others in. Requirements: Experience with building public APIs with Python, Rust or similar. Commanding ability of working with EVM smart contracts. From interacting to auditing. Strong understanding of decentralised exchanges and their current landscape. Grasp of financial concepts, especially in the context of trade and exchange. Ability to run and maintain web systems on cloud infrastructure. Bonus points: Architecting, writing and deploying smart contracts. Experience diagnosing sophisticated performance issues. Experience with trading on chain in terms of strategies and sleuthing. Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems such as Solana, Sui, Cosmos, etc. How We Operate: We keep it simple and don't employ elaborate systems where it's not needed.
