Senior Automation QA Engineer

About the Role As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will collaborate with engineering teams to design, automate, and execute end-to-end, integration, and data integrity tests. You’ll drive test automation standardization, enhance efficiency, and improve software quality. Leveraging AI-driven testing and LLM-powered tools, you’ll optimize automation, boost defect detection, and expand test coverage, ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. What You’ll Do Architect Scalable QA Processes – Design, refine, and standardize testing frameworks aligned with industry best practices. Lead Automation & AI-Driven Testing – Leverage LLM-powered tools to enhance defect detection, expand coverage, and accelerate testing. Drive Quality Metrics & Innovation – Define KPIs, develop automation pipelines, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Optimize QA Workflows – Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and elevate efficiency across global teams. Be the Quality Advocate – Own release readiness, set quality benchmarks, and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate Across Borders – Work with engineering, product, UX, and leadership teams across the United States, Ukraine, and India. Mentor & Lead – Inspire a culture of quality, guide QA professionals, and champion best practices. What We’re Looking For QA Leadership & Expertise – 8+ years of experience driving quality initiatives, leading QA efforts, and ensuring seamless software delivery. Automation Powerhouse – Proficient in C#, TypeScript, NUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright, building robust test automation frameworks. AI-Driven Innovation – Experience with LLM-powered testing and AI-driven automation, enhancing test efficiency and defect detection. Performance & Scalability – Hands-on expertise in SQL, JMeter, API testing, and performance testing to ensure reliability under load. A/B Testing Strategist – Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to drive data-backed product decisions. CI/CD Enthusiast – Experience in integrating automated tests into continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless deployments. Global Mindset – Strong communication and collaboration skills, working across diverse teams in the U.S., Ukraine, and India with a willingness to travel when needed. Explorer at Heart – Skilled in both structured test case execution and ad-hoc exploratory testing, adapting to fast-paced, innovative environments. Academic Foundation – A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, equipping you with the technical expertise to innovate, automate, and elevate software quality.
