Senior AutoCAD Drafter

We are working with a fast-growing Structural/Civil Engineering firm based in Florida to bring a talented and experienced Drafter to their team! The Drafter will prepare structural drawings, work directly and support the engineering team. A good collaborative attitude and a strong attention to detail is required. We are seeking a dedicated individual who will meet deadlines, thus providing high-level professional services to our clients. REMOTE will be considered for the right individual who works well independently and under little supervision. The person MUST reside in FL or be willing to relocate in the future.
Minimum of 4 years drafting experience is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. A bachelor degree is preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
• Prepare drawings with precision, incorporate all details with the drawings
• Study rough sketches and be able to revise them per markups
• Experience in REVIT is preferred
• Extensive experience in AutoCAD
• Be able to work in metric for the fabrication drawings
• Precision in detailing and an eye for detail is essential
• Strong communication skills
• Some architectural experience is a plus, but not required
