Role + Purpose
• Drive online sales through strategic product presentation, storytelling and site optimization.
• Responsible for online storefront meeting/exceeding conversion rate targets by day, week, month, quarter.
• Manage in‑season adjustments to site based on selling, marketing, and customer feedback.
• Derive data‑driven insights to create meaningful site optimizations.
• Marry insights with a keen eye for product merchandising and selling, specifically within Men’s fashion.
• Partner closely with Merchant teams to understand and articulate product key investments online and maximize selling potential.
• Look to improve customer journey perspective through patterning and works with director on testing initiatives.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting in Google Analytics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle time‑sensitive projects and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously, to work independently, and to drive projects to completion, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Preferred experience in Salesforce and Google Analytics.
