Senior Associate – Investor Relations (Mostly Commission Base)

We are a private, recession-resistant real estate investment group that acquires and operates cash-flowing multifamily properties through direct Joint Venture contracts investors (no syndication, no fund, no REIT). We are only looking for one type of person: Someone who already has an established, warm network of High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices who actively invest $150K–$2M+ per deal in real estate. If you do not already have a proven rolodex of investors you can call or text today and get a response, please do not apply. This is not a training role, and we do not provide leads. What You’ll Do: Introduce your existing contacts to our high-yield, tax-efficient JV opportunities Schedule and host intro calls/Zoom meetings (we close – you just bring the investor) Earn life-changing commissions on every dollar you bring in: Base: $25/hr base for 10 hrs/week minimum ($1,000/month guaranteed) Compensation (Uncapped) 2% commission paid on every dollar invested from your direct intros → $150K deal = $3,000 to you → $500K deal = $10,000 to you → $2M deal = $40,000 to you Must-Have (Non-Negotiable): An existing, warm network of HNWI / investors who you can reach out to immediately. Proven track record of raising private capital (real estate preferred but not required). Professional, articulate, and trusted by wealthy individuals.
