We are excited to invite you to become a part of our team as a Senior Associate in Metadata Analysis within our Digital Nexus Technology organization. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate regularly with business units and technology teams to cultivate strong working relationships. β€’ Oversee the monitoring of scheduled jobs, conduct root cause analyses, communicate solutions, and ensure effective resolution. β€’ Develop and maintain Python and SQL scripts for the management and upkeep of the metadata repository. β€’ Manage change control requests using Jira for effective tracking, and oversee the workflow for all units of work in Jira. β€’ Uphold KPMG's values of integrity, professionalism, and respect within the workplace. Qualifications: β€’ A minimum of three years of experience in Data Governance/Metadata programs and managing Data Catalog processes. β€’ A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL is essential; solid data analysis skills and familiarity with relational databases are required, with SQL Server and Databricks experience preferred. β€’ Understanding of the Collibra platform, handling metadata ingestion, data lineage ingestion, Data Dictionaries, Business Glossary, and familiarity with Collibra REST APIs is preferred; proficiency in Python scripting and ETL processes is desirable. β€’ Ability to mentor and positively influence colleagues, adapt to change and ambiguity, and execute on conceptual ideas, combined with exceptional critical thinking and attention to detail. β€’ Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with practical experience in a business-facing role; exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities that prioritize customer service and teamwork. β€’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship for employment-based visa status.
