About the position

As a Senior Associate, Data Analyst in Ankura's Data Analytics & AI practice, you will work closely with diverse clients to leverage data for strategic decision-making. This role involves conducting in-depth analyses, generating actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive value for clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop data strategies, and stay updated on emerging trends in data analytics.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand strategic objectives
,
• Develop strategies for collecting, transforming, cleaning, and modeling data to identify meaningful trends
,
• Conduct competitive analyses, market research, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
,
• Drive large-scale business and process decisions through data insights
,
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by tracking progress and measuring performance against objectives
,
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and consulting

Requirements
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS or another analytical area
,
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data science, or data analytics in a consulting or similar environment
,
• Experience with analytics and data visualization to recognize complex data
,
• Experience using data methodologies to generate cross-functional solutions through analysis of large data sets
,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to non-technical audiences
,
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
