We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Global Testing & Business Support (Collateral Management) team. This role is located in Orlando, FL - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Performing User Acceptance and integration Testing (UAT) : You perform functional and regression testing, defect management, support implementation to production, training to stakeholders and post implementation support. You are also the first line of support for UAT issues encountered by team members.
Production support : You are the liaison between technology and business operation groups as a first level of escalation for issues encountered on functional BAU processes or system issues.
Client onboarding support (includes client facing): You are the Inbound/outbound messaging expert and support internal and external clients. You also are the expert for reporting and will help client testing our offering during their onboarding.
Stakeholder in Agile Scrum team's sprints : You provide your expertise during the requirement building (stories) and will enrich and control QA functional testing within sprint cycles.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
You have a degree in Finance or have a strong interest in Finance.
3-5 years of experience
You are autonomous, eager to learn, have good problem-solving skills and are not afraid to challenge/be challenged.
You ideally have experience with UAT testing/Agile practices/Defect Management and/or have an affinity with the technical processes.
An understanding of the Global Custody Business, SWIFT messaging and Collateral Management & segregation business is an asset.
