What You Will Be Doing
Β Implement AI-driven systems for daily operations and long-term process improvement
Β Develop and refine scalable franchise models using AI tools
Β Oversee new campus buildouts from planning to final occupancy

Β Directly coaching or supervising academic staff
Β Engaging in regular, direct communications with students and parents
Β Creating educational curriculums or models
Senior Associate Consultant Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an AI-driven operational framework to transform operational management through predictive analytics and real-time monitoring, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all locations.
Basic Requirements
Β Currently based in North America
Β At least 5 years of experience in an operational role
Β A proven track record of successfully implementing AI and automation technologies
Β Willingness to travel 10-40% within the US to support the stand-up of new campuses

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
