- Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment with problem statements and success measures
- Assist in translating proof of concept into scaled solutions, managing technical and people-related change impacts
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure that value captured in business cases is realized in respective systems
- Engage in other duties as assigned to support organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions aligning with business objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Certified change management practitioner
