What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
- Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to varied audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Certified change management practitioner
