Senior Art Director

Responsibilities / Position overview:
Lumanity Market Access is dedicated to helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies gain market access for their brands and thrive in the changing healthcare landscape. We also specialize in helping other types of healthcare companies, including service providers and technology companies capitalize on changing market dynamics and healthcare reform trends. The Senior Art Director collaborates with other members of our cross-functional agency teams, under the direction of our Creative Director, to: Concept, design and execute visual creative solutions for print and digital communications targeting a wide variety of healthcare audiences (including payers, health systems, healthcare professionals, and patients).Set the visual tone for, and manage the creative workflow for, multiple brands.Help manage the process by which other (onsite and freelance designers) assist in the development of creative solution.Assist in managing the logistical aspects of the creative development process.Partner with project management to ensure that tasks are completed in accordance with established timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts, Design Advertising, or related field 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment Prior direct leadership experienceStrong working knowledge of digital platforms and applicationsProficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorStudio experience is a plus
