Senior Architectural Project Manager
We are an architectural design firm in need of an experienced hard-working Project Manager with strong Revit skills and construction coordination experience. We operate in the luxury residential realm and our main focus is residential in the City of Los Angeles. We have around 20 projects on-going at any one time and need a qualified Project Manager who has a mastery of Revit software as well as extensive experience with submitting to the City of Los Angeles and coordinating with the contractors to answer RFIs. This person must be self-driven and well organized. We work remotely and at a fast pace so you must be able to manage multiple projects at a time and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
• Revit – a strong mastery of Revit technical skills are a must
• AutoCad – strong skills are a must
• Photoshop/Sketchup/MS Office profficient
• Thorough understanding of California Building Code (CBC) and BHO
• Plan check experience with the City of Los Angeles
• Residential experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
