Senior Architect - Salesforce CPQ
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
? 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in platform architecture, solution design, and development.
? Hands-on Salesforce CPQ/SteelBrick experience, including minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations.
? Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for Salesforce CPQ, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and business goals.
? Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to capture business requirements and design scalable, high-performance solutions.
? Architect robust CPQ configurations, including pricing models, product bundling, approval workflows, and automated quote generation.
? Design and guide custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
? Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
? Ensure solutions meet high standards of performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
? Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams, particularly in India, ensuring delivery quality and technical excellence.
? Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models across global teams.
? Conduct architecture reviews, create detailed documentation, and maintain system diagrams.
? Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior technical and business stakeholders.

Pay: $100.00 - $105.00 per hour
