With clients in the US and abroad, we hold key contract vehicles including GSA IT Schedule 70, NIH CIO-SP3, GSA Alliant, and DHS-Eagle II.Join us in driving growth and seizing new business opportunities.Role and Responsibilities The scope of the proposed services will include the following:Development, administration & configuration of a custom-built .NET development project.Provide oversight and guidance of the customer-agency’s replacement software and makeperformance improvements.Perform code reviews and testing on new code.Participation in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrumceremonies.Cooperation with LDWF’s Technical Architect and other OTS technical teams to ensurecompliance with OTS standards of State applications.Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance toState personnel for all requested work.Performs all other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directed.Minimum Qualification Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:C#ASP.NET Core MSSQLFive (5) plus years of enterprise-level software development.Preferred QualificationExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:Has led a team of developers under Microsoft development stackFamiliarity with frameworks such as Vue, React, NodeJS, Angular, TypescriptExperience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)Experience developing reports with SSRS or similar toolsExperience setting up, maintaining and using DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automating tasksExperience with the Git Version Control System, including branching strategies for complex systemsTwo (2) plus years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
