Senior APAC Regional Payroll Analyst

Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Fortive is currently seeking a Senior APAC Regional Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our Asia Pacific region. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement. Process payroll for the Asia Pacific region on a timely and accurate basis.
Ensure compliance with all local and regional payroll laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee payroll records.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and complete payroll data.
Provide support and guidance to regional HR teams on payroll related matters.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Analyze payroll data and identify areas for process improvement.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations in the Asia Pacific region.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
Train and mentor junior payroll analysts.
Prepare and submit required payroll reports to management.
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve payroll processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Ensure all payroll transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to payroll processing.
Continuously monitor and evaluate payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate any payroll-related updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
