business.We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to centralize performance data, strengthen our analytical foundation, and translate complexity into clarity.You will not just build dashboards.You will build clarity.This role owns performance truth across the company — defining KPI standards, building scalable data infrastructure, conducting deep performance analysis, and enabling leadership to make faster, more confident decisions.This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with visibility across Growth, Retail, Marketplace, Operations, and Finance — and the opportunity to build and scale a team over time as the function matures.What You’ll DoOwn Data & Analytics InfrastructureCentralize and structure data across DTC, retail, marketplace, paid media, subscription, operations, and finance systemsPartner cross-functionally to consolidate fragmented reporting into a scalable data warehouse and/or data lake environmentBuild robust data models supporting contribution margin, cohort analysis, and channel-level performance visibilityEstablish and document standardized KPI definitions across departmentsReduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and ad hoc reportingBuild Decision-Driving Dashboards & KPI FrameworksDesign and maintain executive-level dashboards in BI tools, especially LookerOwn the company-wide KPI framework, including:Blended and channel CACContribution margin by channel, product, and customerCohort-based LTV and paybackMarketplace and retail profitabilityInventory productivity and working capital visibilityProduce clear weekly and monthly executive summariesMonitor leading vs. lagging indicators and proactively surface risks and opportunitiesDrive Cross-Functional Performance InsightsPartner with Growth to evaluate acquisition efficiency, creative performance, and media mix effectivenessSupport Finance with revenue modeling, margin expansion analysis, and investment evaluationPartner with Retail and Marketplace teams to assess trade spend effectiveness and promotional ROIAnalyze syndicated retail data to identify share trends, velocity shifts, distribution changes, and competitive insightsDeliver actionable recommendations that inform capital allocation and strategic trade-offsForecasting, Modeling & Advanced AnalyticsBuild and enhance financial and operational models grounded in strong business economics and unit economics principlesSupport scenario planning and long-range forecastingDevelop predictive analyses such as LTV modeling, churn analysis, demand forecasting, and margin simulationsLeverage AI tools to improve forecasting accuracy, automate insight generation, and detect anomaliesContinuously elevate the analytical sophistication of the organizationWhat Success Looks drive smarter capital allocation and margin expansionRequirementsWe’re Looking For Someone Who Brings6–10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or performance analyticsExperience in CPG, Food & Beverage, subscription businesses, DTC, retail, or multi-channel consumer brandsStrong understanding of business economics, unit economics, and contribution margin driversStrong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasetsExperience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI toolsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiencyExperience building or improving data warehouse or data lake environmentsAbility to synthesize raw data into clear business implications and executive-ready insightsComfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and an ownership mindsetBonus IfExperience with subscription analytics platforms (e.g., Skio)Familiarity with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite)Experience with attribution and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Northbeam, Converge)Experience with marketplace analytics (Amazon, TikTok Shop)Experience working with syndicated
