As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing workforce activities, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize business performance. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, blithequark is seeking professionals who can leverage their analytical skills to drive business excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead Task Groups of Experts and various stakeholders to address and resolve concerns related to workforce activities in the field. Perform data gathering tasks, integration, and develop solutions, project/process planning, and data utilization to drive business outcomes. Generate reports for teams and leadership to review and use, and convey presentations to groups and executive leaders and sponsors. Build skills and knowledge including self-improvement, team knowledge, and client (internal) information to stay ahead of the curve. Direct and guide a work bunch, assigning and reviewing work, training, and contributing to performance analysis. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a field of study connected to the job, or equivalent experience. Strong quantitative abilities, including statistics and data analysis. Experience driving high-performing teams and consulting management and/or project management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong tasks, retail, and/or field knowledge. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred: 3 years of work experience in a related field. Store insight and/or ASDS experience.
