About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics and Finance to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning to drive business growth and operational excellence for our enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth historical data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions related to supply growth and program design • Perform quantitative analyses including ROI analysis and scenario planning to identify and size opportunities for business impact • Create investment cases for new initiatives and product features to support leadership in prioritizing resources effectively • Develop comprehensive forecasting models to measure business impact and support budget planning • Build financial reporting cadence, monitor key metrics, and generate regular reports for stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Product to align strategies • Provide ad hoc analytical support for cross-functional initiatives Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, economics, statistics, data science, operations) • 3+ years of industry experience in strategic finance, business analytics, investment banking, or consulting • Expertise in modeling techniques with demonstrated ability to handle large datasets and develop new analytical frameworks • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools to synthesize complex information • Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across functions • Proven track record of driving change and making an impact in dynamic, unstructured environments • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a positive, solution-focused attitude Preferred • Experience in a marketplace setting • Knowledge of modern data visualization platforms • Experience with business intelligence tools Key Details • Start Date: November 17, 2025 • Duration: Approximately 9 months (through August 12, 2026) • Location: Remote • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) • Pay Rate Range: $65-$70/Hour Apply tot his job
