Senior Analyst - Remote CVS Operations in Ohio ($25/Hour)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team in Ohio, working remotely with CVS. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and improving existing pharmacy business processes to meet corporate objectives and strategies. You will lead the support to pharmacies as a contact to IT resources and internal partners to ensure the highest levels of service and quality are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ADU planning and support, including coordinating scheduling, installation, and training of new ADU establishments
Collaborate with functional improvement teams to support key development projects
Perform ADU vendor management and provisioning of equipment and work assets to meet ADU installation, training, and support needs
Participate in ADU/ Administering Framework upgrade projects and support special initiatives on a case-by-case basis
Develop work aids for the field, providing step-by-step instructions to update associates on new software or processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in a pharmacy services environment
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience contributing to small and medium-scale IT projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Past experience in planning and organizing installation and training of new ADU establishments
