Position Summary
The Business Process Engineer (Senior Analyst) will be a part of the Optimization group within the Process Excellence & Innovation Team and will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across CVS Finance. Candidates looking to fill this role will be tasked with streamlining, supporting, and enabling processes to drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes. This role will engage internal finance business partners to integrate process improvement, reengineering, automation, and other related capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong business intelligence expertise, an analytical mindset, and deep proficiency in data management, synthesis, and visualization. The candidate should excel at analyzing and interpreting complex data to support process reengineering, waste reduction, and overall process improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidate should have experience in:
Scoping, defining, mapping, planning, and executing on projects in a matrix business environment
Documenting and analyzing complex business processes, from current-state process flows to the design and execution of future-state solutions
Identifying process waste and efficiencies and reengineering processes to streamline and improve business outcomes
Comprehending process flows and complex data sets to identify optimization opportunities quickly
Translating business requirements into functional requirements for technology-enabled solutions
Experience creating data visualizations and telling a clear, compelling story with insights
Expertise in business intelligence, including data sourcing, data management, analysis, and visualization to support financial and operational decision‑making
Working with the following platforms: MS Suite products, including Visio, Access, SharePoint, Power BI; Tableau; and SQL

Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or higher)
LEAN training and/or certification
Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., PMP)
Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA)
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Client relationship management experience and/or training

Education
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
