Senior Analyst, Network Relations

Develop and maintain positive relationships with network providers to ensure high-quality healthcare services for our customers.
Monitor and evaluate network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address any issues.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency within our network partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies and initiatives.
Conduct regular meetings and communication with network providers to discuss performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to inform network development and management strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on network relations, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and contract renewals with network providers, ensuring terms and conditions align with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain network performance metrics and regularly report on progress to management.
Proactively identify potential risks and issues within network partnerships and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to network relations.
Mentor and train junior team members on network management best practices and procedures.
