This role provides a critical bridge between Finance and Technology, ensuring financial systems are optimized, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs. The Senior Analyst, Financial Systems will analyze business requirements, lead system enhancements, and manage upgrades while supporting cross-functional teams. This position emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and compliance across financial operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve system issues, and deliver training for end-users, contributing to a seamless and accurate financial environment. Ideal candidates bring analytical rigor, project management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset in a dynamic corporate setting.

Accountabilities
• Evaluate and document financial business processes, system functionality, controls, and performance standards.
• Lead financial systems improvements, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance.
• Manage system conversions, upgrades, and user acceptance testing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve system issues, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate process mapping, continuous improvement, and integration initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver end-user training and documentation for finance systems and enhancements.
• Support financial close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with technology and data governance teams to maintain integrity and security of financial and master data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial systems, accounting, or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practical application in a business environment.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, independence, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience in documenting processes, performing requirements analysis, and delivering end-user training.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting financial and operational data to guide decisions.
• Annual salary range: $68,000 – $85,000 USD, with additional incentive potential.
