Senior Analyst We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to lead underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis for acquisition and development projects. You'll work closely with the Founder to source deals, build multi-scenario models, and support capital-raising initiatives. Key Responsibilities Acquisition Underwriting : Develop and maintain detailed financial models (multi-scenario, dynamic, investor-facing); underwrite acquisition, renovation, lease-up, and disposition strategies; run DSCR, IRR, equity multiple, sensitivity, and breakeven analyses. Market Research & Comps : Research submarket trends, comparable rents/sales, demographics, and policy factors; synthesize findings into memos and deal packages. Due Diligence & Transaction Support : Assist with LOIs, PSAs, and closings through underwriting, document review, and data analysis; coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and consultants; review environmental, title, and zoning reports. Capital Raising Support : Help prepare pitch decks, data rooms, and investor memos; respond to investor queries on underwriting assumptions; maintain databases of historical and pipeline deal metrics.
