Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Client Audit & Rebates to join our dynamic team remotely from Arizona. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing client audits, managing rebate processes, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Your analytical expertise and attention to detail will help drive accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency across client accounts.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute detailed client audits to verify accuracy of billing, rebates, and contractual terms.

Analyze rebate agreements, monitor rebate calculations, and ensure timely and accurate rebate payments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and legal to resolve audit discrepancies and client inquiries.

Develop and maintain audit schedules, documentation, and reports to support compliance and internal controls.

Identify potential financial risks and recommend corrective actions to management.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing audit findings for senior leadership and clients.

Utilize data analytics tools to streamline audit processes and enhance reporting accuracy.

Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to audits, rebates, and financial controls.

Mentor junior analysts and provide training to improve team capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in client audit, rebate management, or financial analysis.

Strong proficiency with audit methodologies, rebate contract interpretation, and financial reconciliation.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization and audit software tools.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment & Schedule: Fully remote position based in Arizona.

Standard business hours with some flexibility to accommodate deadlines and meetings.
