Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
ā¢ Lead and mentor a high-performing PPC team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure elite-level performance and team happiness
ā¢ Conduct in-depth analysis of brand performance, identifying areas of risk and developing targeted plans to drive growth and improvement
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, enhance customer success processes, and drive business expansion
ā¢ Identify and address bottlenecks, implementing solutions and systems to optimize PPC department efficiency and growth
ā¢ Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and ensure OKRs are met, taking proactive measures to address any discrepancies
ā¢ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, applying this knowledge to continuously improve PPC processes and results
Requirements:
ā¢ Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Business, or a related field
ā¢ Proven managerial experience in a service provider agency, with a focus on digital marketing or e-commerce
ā¢ High computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
ā¢ Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire team members
ā¢ Conflict resolution and self-organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
ā¢ Analytical and strategic thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
