Senior AI Portfolio Manager - Remote / Telecommute
Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
Responsibilities:
• Partner with VP/SVP stakeholders to shape the enterprise AI narrative for executive forums.
• Maintain a holistic, executive-level view of the AI portfolio (initiatives, priorities, risks, dependencies, outcomes).
• Establish an AI portfolio governance and reporting layer tailored for CEO/CTO consumption.
• Translate technical and delivery signals into strategic insights, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards, briefings, and readouts.
• Proactively surface portfolio-level risks, trends, and decision points.
• ct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI progress and readiness to scale.
• I initiatives are understood and managed as a single enterprise portfolio.
• Risks and trade-offs are surfaced early with clear leadership options.
• The role is viewed as a strategic thought partner, not a reporting function.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 12+ years in portfolio, program, or enterprise initiative leadership.
• Proven experience supporting VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to craft executive narratives, not just status reports.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stream portfolios (AI, data, or digital preferred).
• High executive presence, judgment, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-evolving environments.
