Role Overview:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will translate reasoning-model research into robust, scalable systems used in production and connected directly to hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement reasoning and decision-making systems in production code - Build scalable infrastructure for inference and planning
Optimize performance for real-time and hardware-in-the-loop operation - Work closely with researchers to productionize new ideas
Ensure reliability, observability, and maintainability
Qualifications:
Strong software engineering background (Python, Rust, C++)
Experience with AI systems beyond standard deep learning
Familiarity with planning, constraint solving, or probabilistic inference
Experience owning systems end-to-end
