What Youll Do
Produce clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code that powers our AI-driven platform with the support of modern AI development tools.Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade APIs using FastAPI.Rapidly prototype and iterate to turn ideas into product-ready features.Experiment with the latest LLMs and apply strong prompt-engineering techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.Implement RAG, contextual search, and advanced AI workflow pipelines.Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize deep learning models for NLP and computer vision tasks.Research emerging technologies, frameworks, and techniques and integrate them into production systems.Build observability tools and AI-content auditing systems to ensure transparency, reliability, and safe interactions with AI.
Who You Are
Proven industry experience in AI/ML engineering or similar roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on work in the AI/ML domainStrong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with FastAPI.Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI infrastructure.Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI frameworks, data pipelines, and asynchronous systems.Highly curious, adaptable, and quick to learn emerging AI technologies.Solid CS fundamentals and a problem-solving mindset that thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
