The person will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities:Develop new ML and GenAI based solutions written in PythonEnhance and maintain existing ML and GenAI solutionsWork together with the technical architects, client implementation team, and infrastructure team to develop, test, and maintain the codeFollow a fast-paced, agile process, and assist with estimation of sprint deliverablesEnsure secure coding and best practices for testing and DevOps pipeline across an end-to-end solutionProvide diagnostic support and issue resolutions for existing software applicationsDocument and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirements:Excellent command of the Python programming language (incl. common frameworks and packages - e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, ReAct, NumPy / Scipy, pandas, TensorFlow / Torch, Spacy, etc.)Proficiency with different LLMs - commercial (OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Titan) and non-commercial (Meta, Mistral, etc.)Experience with prompt engineering, output parsing, guardrails Knowledge of different types of embeddings and vector databases, RAG, CoT / ToT, etc. Ability to evaluate different models and techniques based on quantitative metrics Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker Knowledge of different ML algorithms (XGboost, etc.), feature selection, resampling, optimization techniques Experience with application of ML for classification, document parsing, customer segmentation, predictive analytics Ability to evaluate different models and techniques based on quantitative metrics Excellent knowledge of SQL and/or No-SQL databasesExperience building high-performance Python applicationsProficiency in written and spoken English Nice to have: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS infrastructure as code (ideally, CDK)Understanding of concurrent programing concepts, data privacy, encryption, and secure coding best practicesExperience with AWS SQS, Lambda and BedrockWhat you'll get:A warm and supportive work environment where you can reach your full potentialFlexible working hours that allow you to balance your work and personal lifeUnlimited home office to help you stay productive and focusedOpportunities for professional development, including certifications and trainingAdditional benefits for academic teaching and speaking engagementsKnowledge-sharing sessions where you can learn from our Dreamix teamTeam and company-wide events that bring us togetherAmazing week long summer office and winter office initiativesAdditional health insurance and dental allowance to ensure your well-beingMultisport card to encourage a healthy and active lifestyleOffice massages to help you relax and unwindIf you are interested in the opportunity, send us your CV!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
