Senior AI DevOps Engineer

Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Senior AI Developer with a specialization in Azure AI Studio, Azure Open AI, Microsoft Copilots, AI and ML methodologies, and AWS Bedrock. In this role, you will be the guiding force behind our AI initiatives, providing expertise and leadership to all users across the organization who have AI use cases. Your focus will be on architecting, developing, and implementing advanced AI solutions while ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our AI platform using Azure AI Studio and AWS Bedrock.

Implement and optimize AI algorithms and models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective AI solutions.

Integrate AI technologies, such as Cognitive Services, into our platform.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML and propose innovative solutions.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the AI platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for AI and software development projects.

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Azure AI Studio to create innovative and efficient solutions.Coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities for assigned AI solutions and enhancements.

Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and connectors to enhance system functionalities. Perform and review all the DevOps activity in different cloud platforms, Azure, AWS, OCI and GCP.

Support implementation of governance, data sensitivity, security, and operational requirements based on established policies.

Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure quality and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, performing root cause analysis when necessary.

Track progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines; escalate issues as needed.

Ensure adherence to engineering best practices including code quality, testing, documentation, and CI/CD usage.

Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables.

Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.

Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI and ML development.

Proficiency in Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure, AWS, AWS Bedrock, and Sage Maker.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Experience with RAG (Retrieve, Analyze, Generate) models is a plus.

Familiarity with developing custom AI models and algorithms.

Knowledge of LLama (Language Learning and Multilingual Applications) custom development is highly desired.

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.

Understanding of cloud-based AI services and platforms.

Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and frameworks.

Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects.

Knowledge of data engineering and data visualization techniques.

Familiarity with DevOps practices for AI/ML deployments.

No adverse environmental conditions are expected.

Base compensation ranges from $130,000 to $156,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
