Senior AI Agent Architect
The Senior AI Agent Architect is responsible for designing, building, and scaling intelligent agent-based systems that leverage large language models (LLMs), automation frameworks, and modern cloud infrastructure. This role bridges AI strategy and hands-on implementation, enabling the development of autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect AI agent systems (multi-agent, tool-using, workflow-driven)
Define LLM integration patterns (RAG, function calling, memory, orchestration)
Build scalable solutions on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Evaluate and select frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Establish best practices for agent reliability, safety, and observability
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate use cases into solutions
Lead technical direction and mentor engineers in AI/agent architecture

Deep experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
Strong cloud architecture (AWS, serverless, microservices)
Python and modern backend development
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
Experience with automation/orchestration systems
Ability
Preferred:
Experience with multi-agent systems
Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
