Senior Affiliate Marketing Consultant Needed to Build and Scale a Profitable Affiliate Program

We are seeking an experienced affiliate marketing consultant with a proven track record of building, launching, and scaling profitable affiliate programs that drive real revenue, not vanity metrics. You will design the strategy, pressure test the model, and outline a clear, executable plan to launch and grow our affiliate marketing efforts with a strong focus on ROI. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for a strategic operator who understands how affiliate ecosystems actually perform at scale. What You Will Do: Design a complete affiliate marketing strategy from scratch Pressure test our niche, offer, and commission structure Define the fastest path to early revenue and long term scalability Identify and prioritize high value affiliate acquisition channels Recommend affiliate tools, tracking platforms, and payout structures Outline an actionable 30, 60, and 90 day execution roadmap Advise on affiliate onboarding, activation, and retention strategies Provide guidance on compliance and performance optimization The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands on experience managing and scaling affiliate programs that generate meaningful revenue.
