The Role This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations. We are looking for someone who values precision, can maintain a steady pace, and upholds the highest data integrity standards. Your responsibilities: Bookkeeping and payroll administration experience using Xero is ideal. Data Entry: Inputting and updating our CRM with accurate details from schools and other stakeholders. Order Processing: Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, cross-checking details for accuracy. Document Management: Assisting in the management of essential documents, ensuring they're stored and retrieved effectively. Qualifications & experience A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Advanced bookkeeping skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel & Outlook Working knowledge of financial software. You will be using Xero but as long as the foundations are there, SAP, MYOB, etc. is fine. Demonstrated experience in managing tasks within a deadline-driven environment Proven ability to communicate effectively over email and telephone Demonstrated experience in being able to achieve targets and work autonomously Demonstrated ability to problem-solve independently Demonstrated use of, knowledge and understanding of cloud-based technologies including Google Workspace, Dropbox, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. Previous CRM software experience, i.e. SalesForce/HubSpot Logistics understanding, print industry or design experience is a massive plus.
