This role will include drafting, reviewing, tracking and maintaining contracts while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing. This position works closely with administrative team members, consultants, and finance and legal teams to facilitate efficient contract management and documentation. Secondary responsibilities include partnering with associates to ensure administrative needs are met.primary accountabilitiesContract Lifecycle / NtractsDraft client contracts, amendments, statements of work, and related documentation using approved templatesReview contract requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm standardsCoordinate with consultants and leadership to clarify scope, terms, and required documentationEnter, track, and maintain contracts within the Ntracts contract management systemMonitor contract status and ensure timely progress through review and approval workflowsMaintain organized digital records of all executed contracts, amendments, and supporting documentationTrack contract milestones, approvals, and renewal datesGenerate reports from Ntracts to support leadership visibility into contract activityAssist with internal tracking of contract status and outstanding approvalsServe as a liaison between consultants, administrative team members, finance, and leadership regarding contract statusFollow up with stakeholders to obtain required approvals, documentation, or revisionsProvide updates on contract progress and timelinesMaintain standardized contract templates and documentation proceduresAssist with process improvements related to contract drafting and trackingSupport audit preparation or documentation requests as neededAdministrative ResponsibilitiesPrioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely mannerManage calendars, requiring interaction with internal and external executives, consultants and support specialists, to coordinate various meetingsArrange travel schedules and reservations, as neededAssist with the planning and setup of internal or client meetings, as requestedSupport and back up other support specialists in the enterprise, as neededContribute ideas and efforts toward improved internal enterprise operating proceduresParticipate in continuing education to maintain leading-edge knowledge and skills in area of expertiseMaintain an adequate daily time summaryOther duties as assignedknowledge, skills & abilitIEsMinimum Required QualificationsHigh school diploma and five years of administrative experience required, or equivalent education and experienceContract drafting and document review.Process tracking and flow management.Strong attention to detail and concern for work quality, accuracy and completenessExhibits strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear expectations and directionProven intermediate-level knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong English/grammar knowledge with demonstrated editing and proofreading skills Strong computer and data entry skillsDemonstrated ownership of assigned tasks and dedication and perseverance in getting the job doneActs professionally with integrity and demonstrates accountability for own actions and behaviorsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needsExceptional client and employee service orientation Demonstrates confidence and ability to work independently and in a team structurePreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or certification in a business-related field. Microsoft Office Suite certification (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with Ntracts Experience in consulting or other service-related firmsExperience with billing and collection processesExperience with Concur travel and expense softwareExperience with Hubspot customer relationship management (CRM) systemWork EnvironmentWorking hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5, with the flexibility to work overtime required. Remote position; however, we do have office space available in Minneapolis and Chicago. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience.
