Senior Administrative Assistant - Creative Labs (Strategy & Innovation)Work Location:Remote - USAJob Type:Part timeTo advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will provide administrative support for Creative LabsMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Personal Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ: growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture, and God's purposes in the world.Administration Serve in providing administrative support to Creative Labs: Design and maintain daily, monthly, and annual schedulesUpdating calendars with staff related dates and eventsOrganize, maintain and control a wide variety of files; i.e. confidential files, mailing lists, meeting minutes, etc.Coordinate meeting logistics including travel, housing, meals plans, etc.Complete and/or verify expense reports and corporate credit card reportsDraft various forms of correspondence and communications upon requestProvide hospitality for in person meetingsScreen and route calls, email, messages, etc. to the appropriate person or teamRespond to voice mail and e-mail inquiriesAid in the communication between internal and external individuals and departmentsWork in partnership within the team and with other teams on specific eventsStay current with technical and professional growth and developmentPerform other duties and projects as assignedFund Development As required, raise a portion of salary in an amount or percentage agreed upon with Director.QUALIFICATIONS Annually affirm InterVarsity's Statement of FaithMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education/experienceBasic administrative and organizational skillsA working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerDemonstrated ability and commitment to work in a diverse team environmentFamiliarity with basic Microsoft applications such as Word and OutlookEffective oral and written communication skillsWillingness to raise a mutually agreed upon amount of personal support, as requiredAbility to work under pressure of deadlinesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksOpen to learn new concepts, methods and skillsFlexible scheduleDeadline for applications: June 13, 2025Posted job range is for 40 hours per week, the pay range for this 10 hours/week position will be prorated.Pay Range: $35,088.00 - $46,776.00 per yearPay: This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary. The anticipated salary range for this position on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and cost of living. The actual salary received, including any geographic adjustment to account for location and cost of living, is subject to the individual's ability to raise funds necessary to cover the full amount of such salary within the range set forth in the job posting details.Benefits:We offer a competitive benefits package, including health care and retirement savings with a match.
