This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the business and function as part of the company’s Finance team, helping maintain accurate financial records and supporting process improvements as the company continues to grow. WHAT WILL YOU DO Assist with processing invoices monthly (inventory and non-inventory) with accuracy and timeliness Ensure proper coding, documentation, and approvals in line with company policies Perform 3-way match (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships Help ensure timely and accurate payments Assist with month-end close activities related to AP Support reconciliations and reporting as needed Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and efficiency Participate in system and process enhancements Assist with ad-hoc projects when necessary Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping activities as needed Provide support for internal and external audits Handle sensitive financial information in a confidential manner WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU YOU ARE… Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details Passionate about client satisfaction Proactive and self-motivated Strongly interested in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements.
