Job Description
142,As the Senior Accountant (SaaS) you will be responsible for execution and ownership of a variety of accounting responsibilities, including playing a leading role in our SaaS accounting operations. In this role you will stand-up accounting processes that support our accounting close, internal stakeholders, and our customers, while helping to lead innovation and process improvements as our SaaS business matures. In addition, you will receive a diverse set of other accounting responsibilities - an opportunity to develop a well-rounded and multi-faceted skill set. We are looking for a genuine team player who wants to be a part of a high-performing and fun-loving accounting team.
What you will do:
• Ownership of processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely accounting of SaaS activities
• Ownership of processes and procedures in respect to a variety of critical accounting areas including but not limited to:
• Cash accounting
• International accounting
Your experience should include:
• BA in accounting or equivalent, CPA is a plus
• 3-4 years of accounting experience including 2+ years of operational accounting experience preferred
• Cash accounting and reconciliation
• Desire to learn new accounting areas and an ability to learn efficiently
• Ability to adapt quickly within an ambiguous environment
• Consummate team player
• Experienced/advanced Excel skills
• Google suite experience is a plus
• Workday experience is a plus
