Senior Accountant - Bellevue, WA - Remote Opportunity

OVERVIEW:The Senior Accountant will perform complex accounting tasks and high-level analysis for the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Complex general ledger reconciliationsEnsures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.Prepares and records journal entriesPerforms duties of a fixed asset accountant including managing all fixed asset entries, depreciation, and reconciliation of fixed assets at month end in compliance with company policyPrepaid account reconciliationsBank reconciliationsAd hoc analyses and reportsPrepare audit documentation and work with third party auditors to complete financial auditsPerforms such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to timeOTHER DUTIES: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
