Salary: 34,000 MXN pesos per monthExperience: 3+ years of Public Accounting experienceHours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm US Central Time. (US Public Holidays will apply, however, some other country specific public holidays can be traded/negotiated)Training: In-depth training provided, with potential for career developmentLanguage: Excellent English skills, both written and verbalEquipment: New Equipment suppliedStart Date: Immediate job openingReporting to: Accounting Manager Tasks & Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for undertaking all production-related accounting and tax activities such as: (a). Monthly accounting: Preparing monthly financial statementsClassifying financial transactionsRegularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accountsProcessing payrollSubmitting sales tax payments for multiple clients monthly, quarterly, and yearlyMaking journal or ledger entriesCompleting monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reportsSupporting month-end and year-end close processUsing bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurateWorking with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report financial dataReviewing and checking less experienced team members' work. (b).
