Senior Account Manager - Gaming

We're on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Account Manager - Gaming to our team! At Benjamin, we're passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo’s (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage a portfolio of mobile game partners, driving performance, retention, and revenue Lead advertiser onboarding, technical setup, and campaign ramp-up Analyze large datasets, optimize reward funnels, payouts, and user flows to improve ROAS and retention Identify scaling and upsell opportunities, driving partner LTVMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and solve root causes (traffic quality, rewards, funnel issues) Collaborate with UA, product, and data teams to improve campaign outcomes Stay up to date on industry trends, game launches, and competitor activity Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to partners and internal teams Qualifications 2+ years in Account Management in rewarded or incentivized user acquisition Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, cohorts, and performance metrics Proven ability to grow client revenue and drive retention Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ideal Candidate Strong understanding of mobile attribution, campaign tracking, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills Experience in mobile gaming, adtech, or high-growth startups a plus Why Join Us?
