Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of cementing services that align with customer needs and company goals. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, representing American Cementing in the marketplace, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The Senior Account Manager must be proactive, results-driven, and skilled at navigating both technical and commercial conversations.



Key Responsibilities


Manage and maintain direct client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to grow cementing services sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to support strategic growth objectives.
Support market analysis initiatives and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, engineering, and other departments to align service delivery with client expectations and company goals.
Act as a key liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure alignment of service quality and technical solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational goals.
