We are seeking an (Senior) Account Manager (all genders) based in Berlin, Germany.

Your mission with us:
As a (Senior) Account Manager is responsible for driving long-term customer success and revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience across the entire sales cycle and beyond in our Corporate team (non-health).

Your tasks:

Responsible for building, developing, and maintaining strategic customer relationships
Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling & cross-selling)

Owning and managing the full sales cycle – from needs assessment to deal closure

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored customer solutions

Ensuring efficient, transparent, and customer-centric communication throughout the entire customer journey

Proactively identifying risks and managing challenges within customer relationships

Maintaining and leveraging CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast, and customer activities

Contributing to the continuous optimization of sales processes and customer experience

You bring to Lingoda

2 - 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales or similar role

Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred)

High ownership, high independence and structured working style

Fluent in German and English

Proven track record in acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across written, verbal, and digital channels.

Confident, professional demeanor and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at various levels.

Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline and customer management.
